Michigan author Dave Vizard’s “Murder in the Wind” is the book of the month in January for the Pigeon District Library Book Club.

Vizard will make a slide-show presentation about the creation of the Thumb-area novel, and the book will be the topic of discussion during the book club’s regularly scheduled meeting on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the library’s community room.

The meeting is open to the public. All those who enjoy reading and interesting books are welcome to join the discussion. There’s still plenty of time to pick up a copy of the book and read it before the book club meeting.
